Primary and Intermediated Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Two weeks workshop for in- depth practitioners with full knowledge with full knowleged on the series of the workshop(Primary or Intermediate) and at least two years of regular practice with an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. The training will include:
- Self practice (Mysore)
- Led practice
- Analysis of the Asanas
- Teaching techniques (adjustments, verbal guidance, teacher status in class and termi)
